Recognizing people - personality in focus

WAfM Diagnostik GmbH is a spin-off of WAfM Wirtschaftsakademie GmbH. With the further development into new industries and fields of activity of the WAfM Wirtschaftsakademie, a new focus was placed on the area of potential diagnostics. This became a separate company in 2019. The core and corporate goal of this is to make personality development tangible with the company's own WAfM potential diagnostics. The goal is to enable people to recognize themselves. We want people to be able to understand each other. We believe in the power that lies within everyone.

We are a team made up of managers with extensive experience in business management, social scientists and experts in the field of diagnostics. We have specialized in the implementation of modern, innovative personnel diagnostic concepts for you.

Our own processes and tools offer you a well-founded instrument for the precise deployment of employees or teams, measuring suitability and fit. Our products provide you with innovative tools and measures around the focus of "recognizing people" that work seamlessly together.

The core element is our own potential diagnostic tool: a potential diagnostic that compares our unconscious with our conscious and thus makes skills and preferred behavior visible. The differences between the levels provide a clear view of options for action and areas for development.

This includes the new IPT (Implicit Personality Test), developed by Prof. Dr. David Scheffer (Nordakademie, Hamburg).
