Processing purposes and legal basis:
The data processing is carried out to carry out pre-contractual measures (establishing contact and making appointments) in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Data categories and data origin:
We process the following categories of data: master data (name, first name), communication data (telephone number, email address). We receive this from you.

Recipient:
As part of the processing, we will transmit your data to the following categories of recipients if this is necessary to answer your contact, to create an offer, to fulfill our contract or due to applicable legal provisions: Manufacturers, suppliers, service providers

Duration of storage:
After we have contacted you, we will check after two months whether we still need your data and whether there are any legal retention periods that prevent deletion.

If the legal requirements are met, you have the following rights under Art. 15 to 22 GDPR: Right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability.
