Practice Forum
Become an expert! Exchange and further development of your own interpretation skills for new and experienced users of EPA PLUS .
The interpretation of individual profiles will be deepened together in this practical session and the application will be practiced continuously.
In each practice forum, we look at 1-2 profiles together and work out evaluations, striking result constellations and special features individually and in groups.
The aim is to gain confidence in the use of EPA PLUS , to learn to master the interpretation and to constantly improve yourself, as well as to exchange ideas with other users.Dates: every 4 weeks on Fridays from 11:00-12:00

User seminar EPA PLUS
In the 2-day training course, participants acquire extensive knowledge of the evaluation and application of potential analyses. In addition, the theory behind the EPA PLUS potential analysis is developed so that participants are able to interpret EPA PLUS result profiles and assess the fit with position-specific requirements. The theoretical knowledge is then put into practice by interpreting real profiles (or, if desired, based on the participants' profiles).
Advanced seminars on aptitude diagnostics | potential diagnostics
After successfully completing the user seminar and actively working with EPA PLUS, we offer further advanced seminars on request. The content is tailored to your individual needs. e.g. creation of desired profiles, repetition and in-depth study. Practical application examples, creation of job advertisements, structured online interviews.
